Lecia Richmond is a retired educator from the Virgin Islands Department of Education. She has been involved in the sports scene shortly after arriving to the St. Thomas via Tortola in 1980. She taught physical and health education to the children of St. John and developed ongoing interscholastic athletic teams for Julius E Sprauve School for many years. She has been the secretary of the St. Thomas – St. John Interscholastic Association for donkey years and is also the executive secretary for the Board of Directors.
